PRIVACY POLICY – CUSTOMER ACCESS

We collect the following information when you apply for access: company name, VAT number, contact person’s name and email address, and any other information you provide in the form.

This information is used to process your access request and manage the customer relationship. The legal basis is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and our legitimate interest in verifying applicants (Article 6(1)(f)).

We retain your information for as long as the customer relationship remains active. Rejected applications are deleted after 12 months.

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. Contact us at b2bsupport@sinful.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Your information is not shared with third parties, except for our data processors (hosting providers and internal systems), all of whom are bound by data processing agreements.
